The State Council for Technical Education & Vocational Training, Orissa (SCTE & VT) is one of the educational boards in India. The board was established in the month of November 1976. The board is affiliated with the all India council of technical education (AICTE). The board is also providing education facilities for the polytechnic education. Many schools and colleges of ITI and polytechnic education in state are affiliated with the board. The board is providing education facilities for the diploma and ITI education.
