The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) was established on 3 November 1962 under the Union Government of India as a Governmental Board of Education. It is a Board of Education for public and private schools. The Headquarters of the board is located at New Delhi, India. The board affiliates all Kendriya Vidyalayas, all Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, private schools and most of the schools approved by central government of India. The board are responsible to conducts the written examination for various courses which is offered by the board. Every year the board conducts the CBSE Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) examination for filling various vacant posts in various government and semi government schools. Recently the board was announced the notification for CBSE CTET Exam 2016. Many candidates have filled the application form and also was appeared in the written examination. The written examination was held on at various allotted examination centre. Now the board will soon announced Result 2016 on its official website.
