The National Institute of Open Schooling Board (NIOS) is formerly known as National Open School. The board was established to provides various courses of Open Basic Education Programme, Which also includes following three levels courses (OBE 'A' Level Course—Equivalent to class III, OBE 'B' Level Course—Equivalent to class V and OBE 'C' Level Course—Equivalent to class VIII), Secondary Course—Equivalent to class X, Senior Secondary Course—Equivalent to class XII, Vocational Education Courses and Life Enrichment Program mes. The board provides the education in both Hindi & English language. The headquarter of the NIOS is located in the city of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The board have many departments, regional centers and certified institution in India. The board conducts the 12th class examination with various subjects of Urdu, Home science, Biology, Geography, English, Computer science, Accountancy, Chemistry, Hindi, Mathematics, Economics, History, Physics, Political Science, Painting (Theory), Business Studies, Sociology, Environment science, Mass communication, Word processing (Eng.), Data Entry Operation/Th, Secretarial Practice, Psychology, Tamil, Bengali, Sanskrit. This exam was successfully held in before a few months ago. Now the board will soon announce 12th class results and download Solved Assignment from its official website at www.nios.ac.in.
